It's a book outside my major area of research, that likely won't be included on my orals reading list, however, so I doubt I'll get back to it soon. I'd love it if you could better explain the concept of the "unthinkable" to me, though-- I remember being uncomfortable with how it was used in the book, but that was over four years ago.
